Step-by-step guides to NAWA. Members of a workspace can search every article from Help inside their workspace.

Open Help in your workspace to search the articles. If they don't answer your question, open a support ticket there. It is stored in your workspace and handled by your organization's support team; platform support sees a ticket only under a support grant that your administrator approves.

Workspace access comes from an invitation by your organization's administrator. If you forgot your password, use the link on the sign-in page. If you can sign in but see no workspace, ask your administrator to invite you.
